(1) You can cancel your order within 6 hours from the time of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer inquiry desk. Once the details are confirmed, we will proceed with the refund process.
(2) We accept cancellations after the product has been delivered only if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product. Please notify us within 7 days of product arrival. Please note that cancellations or returns due to customer preference are generally not accepted, so please choose carefully when placing an order. *Please note that returns or exchanges without prior notification will not be accepted.
(3) Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged:
- Opened or used items (except for cases eligible for reapplication due to misplacement compensation)
- Items that have been more than 7 days since delivery
- Items that have been damaged or soiled under customer possession
- Items without packaging (bags, cases)
- Custom-made items or items personalized with names, etc.
- Other items explicitly stated as non-returnable on the product description page (For details, please contact our customer inquiry desk)
(4) In the case of obvious defects or incorrect items, we will bear the return shipping costs. In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer preference, such as the product not meeting your expectations, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
