- Nationwide: ¥880 (excluding Okinawa Prefecture)
- Okinawa Prefecture (including remote islands): ¥2,260
※For customers outside Okinawa Prefecture: Free shipping for orders totaling ¥10,000 or more (including tax). ※For customers in Okinawa Prefecture: Free shipping for orders totaling ¥25,000 or more (including tax).

- Shipping fees will vary based on the destination area.
Shipping to countries outside Japan
- The applicable fare is determined based on the size and weight measured by the shipping company.
- Please note that we may not be able to deliver to certain areas.
【Domestic Shipping】
- We usually dispatch the products within 7 to 14 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- Please note that separate announcements will be made regarding shipping during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and the Obon period.
【International Shipping】
- We usually dispatch the products within 7 to 14 business days. After the preparation for shipping is completed, delivery will take approximately in a week.
- The delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
- We will contact you in case of any inconvenience.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
- Please be aware that it is prohibited by law to transfer or resell the products ordered for personal import.
- The amount of customs duties and consumption tax will be determined at the time of customs clearance, so please make the payment upon receiving the goods. Please understand that our store cannot be held responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and various fees.

【Extended Absence and Refusal of Delivery (Return of Packages)】
- In the case of packages being returned due to extended absence or refusal of delivery, we will charge the round-trip shipping fee and handling fee.
- Please note that we are unable to reship returned packages.
